Member of the Bar Association of Milan and co-founder of the "Compagnia Fiduciaria Lombarda S.p.A.", in Milan, as well as of Helvetia Trust Company Sagl, in Lugano.

After his studies, in 1999 he carried out the forensic experience among an important firm in Milan, developing skills in the civil law litigation (credit recovery, refund of damages for unlawful act ...) and in the drafting of pleadings in complex commercial and of inheritance matters, in particular precautionary actions on unfair competition and in company law.

Over the years, he has collaborated with various law firms and companies of Milan and Brescia, with consultancy activities for medium-sized companies, in particular in the acquisition of participations, the evaluation of new business initiatives, as well as in all the aspects of the financial structuring of transactions and of personal investments in real estates and industrial.

Specialized in the protection of the personal assets of entrepreneurs and their families as well as in the care of the issues deriving from the generational transition.

Active in consulting activity, legal advice and structuring of extraordinary operations both domestically and internationally, with experience and expertise in fulfilling requirements tied to money laundering legislation and fiscal-monetary monitoring.

He carried out activities of publicist in the magazine "Trust and trust activities", bimestrial of scientific and professional study.
