The agreement on the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information between Italy and Hong Kong was signed

The Agreement - on the model of the Common Reporting Standard - was signed last March by the Italian and Hong Kong Tax Authorities. It allows the Automatic Exchange of Information for tax purposes from September 2018.

Asian Tax Authorities should send automatically to Italian Tax Authorities all information about Bank Account located in Asia held by Italian peolple.

Therefore all italian citiziens who hold bank accounts and assets not declared in this Jurisdiction, can regalized owner position with the Italian Program of the Voluntary disclousure.
