Dubai will exchange financial and tax information
Last 21st April 2017, the United Arab Emirates signed the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters.
The Convention disciplines all the form of Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters (exchange information on request, automatic exchange …)
The Automatic Exchange of information will take place automatically from 2018 on data of 2017.
109 jurisdictions currently participate in the Convention.
Italian taxpayers, with not declared assets and bank financial account in the United Arab Emirates, should consider the opportunity to access to the Voluntary Disclosure Program to regularized their position within 31st July 2017.
