Relocation in Switzerland under control of the Italian Tax Authority
Italian tax citizen, who have transferred their residence in Switherland since 2010, will be verified from Italian tax Authorities.
This control concerns any individuals registered to A.I.R.E. with the aim to identify the individual not tax compliance who have transferred their residence abroad only fictitiously in order to avoid Italian tax obligations.
It’s suggested to Italian Taxpayers, who have moved in Switzerland since January 1th 2010, to apply to the Voluntary Disclosure bis.
