Voluntary Disclosure Form
Last January, 2nd, the Italian Tax Authorities has published form and related instructions implementing measure of access to voluntary disclosure procedure. The form must be submitted within July 31st 2017. Italian voluntary disclosure program:
- include financial data concerning the years 2016 and 2017 (partly);
- taxes will be due by italian taxpayer on the self-assessment (tax) principle;
- involves a full couverage for criminal tax matters
The Italian Taxpayer will have only few months to obtain all the bank documents and access a voluntary disclosure program.
For Italian individual not tax compliance, Voluntary Disclosure bis will be the last chance of regularisation.
