WITH THE BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY THE ITALIAN TRUST BECOMES EVEN SAFER

With the adoption of the public blockchains of Ethereum and Bitcoin for reporting on the operations performed by the trustee, Italy opts for new safety and immutability standards for recorded transactions, as well as the opportunity to make them freely available to anyone, especially for the beneficiaries of the Trust and the Protectors.

Accordingly, in the Book of the events of the Trust will appear only final data, crystallized (with specification of certain date and origin) and likely not to be modified over time without leaving a trace (a digital one). In other words, binding on third parties, everywhere.

Waiting for the official Guidelines of the Italian Digital Agenda, still under public consultation, it should be noted that dematerialized signatures already produce legal effects between the parties, but for evidentiary purposes, every decision is still left in the hands of the court.
