STELVA ANNOUNCES A DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH BV4 FOR STARTUP EVALUATION SERVICES

Thanks to the Exclusive Distribution Agreement, in the Italian Switzerland and in Italy, with the Zurich company BV4, Stelva SA becomes one of the few realities in Switzerland, and one of the first in Ticino, able to provide startup evaluation services, which thus complements the range of services for companies and investors on the whole investment chain, covering from the Startup Scouting to the Due Diligence.

The methodology is made to fit time-savings purposes of both entrepreneurs and client, with a specific aim: provide the rating as a fast-track audit for the startups, and a decision-making accelerator for investors and corporate actors on fresh initiatives.

In particular, the model follows four main principles non-financial criteria, with strong emphasis on qualitative data): team, product, market and business model. At the end of the analysis, we provide a specific rating, at a cost of a few hundred of Swiss francs.
