STELVA ANNOUNCES A PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH FIDELITY HOUSE INTERNATIONAL FOR BLOCKCHAIN-TIMESTAMP SERVICES

Thanks to the Partnership Agreement signed with Fidelity House International, Stelva SA becomes one of the first reality in Switzerland able to provide timestamp verification on Blockchain for documents, as contracts, decisions of the Boards and every other digital document.

We use Blockchain technology because, thanks to its intrinsic characteristics, provides a very simple, economic and safe way to guarantee the timestamp to digital documents.

Please note that this certification has the legal effect of electronic timestamp, ex art. 41 of the REGULATION (EU) No 910/2014, proving and certifying the date of existence of electronic data and guarantying admissibility as evidence in legal proceedings.

Hopefully soon Blockchain timestamp will be recognised as qualified timestamp and no longer simple timestamp, in order to guarantee full probative force.
