GIANVIRGILIO CUGINI SPEAKER FOR THE OAD FCT TRAINING DAYS

On October 21th, Gianvirgilio Cugini will take part, as speaker, to the OAD FCT training days, in Centro Studi Villa Negroni, in Vezia, with a speech about “criminal and administrative risks in Italian law”, for Swiss fiduciaries.

The following aspects will be touched: fiscal attraction as a stable organization, with reference to the recent circulars of the Italian Revenue Agency and GDF to foreign banks, recent cases of financial crimes, criminal liability of the company according to Italian law 231/2001.

Further topics that will be discussed are: protection of personal data, news in Swiss and European Law, criminal penalties and recent case studies.
