USA: GREEN LIGHT TO THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION WITH SWITZERLAND

On 17th July, the USA Senate ratified the “Convention to avoid double taxation”, signed on 2009 with Switzerland.

In this way, the USA as other 100 Countries, will exchange with the Confederation, upon request, mutual information about events happened from 23th September 2009.

This is important for the relationships with foreign financial partners and with regard to tax evasion fight.
