STELVA PROFESSIONALS SPEAKERS FOR THE CONFERENCE ABOUT PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND REGULATION GDPR

On October 26th, Avv. Collina will take part, as speaker, to the conference about personal data protection and regulation GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation, in force from 25 May 2018) with a speach about “The relevance of the GDPR in the Swiss Law”.

Various institutional aspects on the protection of personal and sectorial data will be dealt with, deepening the international-private, procedural and penalistic issue. Will be treated the comparison with the Swiss legislation in order to deepen the innovative profiles posed by the new EU regulations also in Switzerland. It will also be discussed the use of new technologies in the civil process, privacy issues and the role of Data Protector Officer.

The event, entitled “The protection of personal data in the new European discipline”, is organized by the University of Insubria in the Great Hall of S.Abbondio (Como), October 26th, 2018, from 9.30 to 17.30.
