Bern: the results of genetic tests must not be disclosed

In line with the above mentioned, the Swiss National Council has recently expressed its opinion, by revising the "Federal Law on genetic examinations on human beings", has been established that life insurers can not have access to genetic tests previously carried out by their insured persons.
