The TRAM (Cantonal Administrative Court) of Bellinzona, has approved an appeal against the compulsory registration to the LIA register.
The case involved in a marginal activity for which the company does not consider the registration to the LIA legitim, but in their decision, the judges make also suppose that the LIA Law may not have legitimacy.
This law states that, effective from October 2016, every artisanal company which wants to work in Tessin (Swiss or foreign) has to be registered in the LIA list.
So the discussion about LIA both in Tessin and Switzerland goes on, waiting for the next decisions about the appeal filed by COMCO (Commission of the competition).
