Italy: Remove patent registered in foreign country

The Italian judgement n.1779/17/2017 of CTR Lombardia set forth to not put in RW the registration patent in foreign country because it is extension of patent’s protection out domestic borders and not financial activities abroad.

People who, instead, use commercially the patent have duty to put in RW.
