Automatic Exchange Information

Automatic Exchange Information will start for Italy from 21st August 2017.

There are about 100 Countries that have adhered to Common Reporting Standard with Automatic Exchange Information on bilateral agreement.

So The Italian Tax Authorities will receive reports from 88 UE countries, that follow directive n. 2014/107; from 5 countries that have a specific agreement with UE and from the other countries on base CRS.

Italian Tax Authorities receive information about bank accounts, income, assets, divided, beneficial owner and legal entities.

Switzerland and Hong Kong transmit to information starting from 2018.
