Workshop “Abolition of the Imputed Rental Value”

During the meeting, we will examine the main changes introduced by the Federal Law of December 20, 2024, which provides for the non-taxability of the imputed rental value as well as the elimination of deductions for maintenance expenses.

We will also explore the possible tax impacts for the future and the transitional period leading up to the law’s entry into force. The workshop is aimed at homeowners in Ticino, whether for primary or secondary residences, and will include practical examples and time for questions.
